     Here is our guarantee: If you have already reserved a room and then can show that you could have booked the same room in advance for a lower rate through another internet source, please send us the URL (for immediate verification) and WE WILL BEAT THAT PRICE. All of our rates INCLUDE all taxes and service charges already in the quoted rate. Please note that this guarantee is effective until the time you give the final confirmation of your reservations, i.e. until you provide us with your payment details. You need to prove availability of the competing rate by providing a printed screenshot that shows rooms are available and the corresponding rate, room type, and dates.

This information is usually displayed on the booking form or the credit card information page.

You do not need to make a booking on the competing site, just show us the comparison.

Rates that are "available upon request" must be confirmed as available through the competing rate provider and Our Customer Service will contact them to confirm availability of the rate before honoring any claim.
